Programmers and system engineers of M･RIVER will be responsible for planning and designing upon request.
After the product is fully developed, we can also operate the system and provide support.

Steps of system development at M・RIVER

1. Establish requirement definition and analysis
- Comprehend what kind of system is wanted by the client. Research the current operation and system in order to analyze issues and room for improvement. Examine what kind of system is required to solve existing issues. A requirement definition document will be made regarding function, quality and operation.

2. Develop internal as well as external design
- Based on the requirement definition, system performance and ease of use will be considered from the client’s perspective. Meetings will be held with clients to check the little details such as data input screen. Determine ways to develop the external design, clarify the specific steps required.

3. Programming
- Following the internal design created by the system engineers, program will be developed using an appropriate programming language.

4. Test run
- Operate the program to ensure that it can function properly. Identify any system malfunction to be fixed in order to prepare a final version, free of bugs.

5. Delivery
- Confirm that the system functions under the client’s environment. In addition, operation procedures and management will be lectured upon delivery.

6. Operate and provide a support system
- We will respond to any request for fixing defects and adding new functions post-delivery. Maintenance can be implemented when necessary.
